Introduction
This session is the last of the International Meeting before the TOGETHER General Assembly which will be held in the afternoon.
Content
During this session the reports and conclusions of the workshops will be presented as well as a summary leading to a proposal for an action plan for the coming years around the project "Learning together to make the right choices". A debate will then be opened on this proposal to refine it with the participants in the session and by inviting the various networks involved to express their views.
